This is a VERY quick overview of the various types and brands of the Stoner Light Machine Gun (LMG) variants available; I will be attempting to keep it up-to-date if possible.
Unlike the other guides, this guide covers a limited number of replicas. The Stoner LMG line-up is extremely limited, as such the guide covers ALL Stoner LMG’s instead of each model.
ARES (STAR) Stoner LMG Automatic Electric Gun (AEG) = Original Design
Price: $400 - $450
FPS: 300 - 350
Mags: Proprietary ARES (STAR) Stoner LMG high cap box mag

The ARES Stoner LMG is currently on pre-release, so no information is known. The only known information is the ARES will have a metal gearbox and the typical high quality ARES externals.
Echo 1 Stoner LMG Automatic Electric Gun (AEG) = Unknown Clone

The Echo 1 Stoner LMG was previewed at SHOT Show 2011. Any information about the internals, externals, and additional information is limited.
G&P Stoner 63 Automatic Electric Gun (AEG) = Original Design

Mags: Proprietary G&P Stoner63 high cap box mag

As of now the G&P Stoner 63 is the only replica of this Vietnam era LMG on the market. Little is currently known about the G&P. Early reports show it using a modified version 2 gearbox.
