- Please use specific thread topics. The topic of your thread should let the reader know what the thread is about. Mods have full authority to re-title threads, but we would rather you took care of this yourself.
- Be polite to other members and leave thread moderation to the moderators. If you want to tell someone to do a search, you must also provide an answer to their question. If you cannot, then do not post on the topic. Brief responses only saying to do a search will be deleted on sight. "In before the lock," "this thread sucks," and similar malevolent behavior will result in warnings (and then bans, as dictated by our usual policies).
.5 - This seems to be a common occurrence, this is NOT a hate forum. This forum was started as a resource for many of the common (and uncommon) issues that face airsoft users' equipment. There will be ZERO bashing of other forums and groups. It will simply not be tolerated bashing a forum due to their difference in rules compared to your own.
- Please use the 'Modify' button to edit your posts instead of creating a new post directly after the old one. Any attempts to raise postcount by consecutive multiposts will result in a banning.
- The mods have the ability to either delete a post or thread immediately, or lock it and give 24 hour notice prior to deletion. It is up to the mod how they want to handle this.
- Please use proper grammar and punctuation. Not only will you get your message across much clearer, but other forum members might actually be able to reply to your post. This is not MIA but we do expect some level of intelligence, if you're too lazy to write decently people should not have to waste their time reading it.
- Please do not post on "dead" threads unless you have something genuinely new, constructive, and useful to add. This applies to any threads that have been left dormant for two weeks or longer. Exceptions include Commerce threads that have not been declared as inactive, Retailer Reviews threads, and Buyer/Seller Ratings threads.
- If you're unhappy about forum moderation, PM an admin and state your case. Public complaining about moderation will be dealt with at the moderators' discretion, which includes summary bans. Our usual warning system doesn't mean everyone gets three free chances to tee off on their least favorite moderator.
- This forum is not as tight on grammar and spelling as some may be, but it is requested that you at least make your posts legible with a serious amount of effort. A little ch4t speak and 1337 speak is all fine and dandy, but please do not go about regularly posting as such. Moderators will be lenient here, but please do not abuse the privilege
Any complaints about any mods or anything else should be filed directly to administrators or moderators, in private, not in the forums. Any attempts to publicly complain may be dealt with severely. Please refer back to Rule #8
